Our green tea leaves
come from a Japanese farming family who has been growing
tea for generations. Head farmer, a 93 years old man,
does not work on his fields any more, but spends his
time tending to his garden as he understands the heart
of plants, happiness and life. His son is an official
tea taster for Japan Agricultural Minister
and his wife is certified to prepare tea for
Emperor of Japan.
Tea leaves are harvested from end of April to middle
of May.

Our Japanese green teas won the top award from
Department of Agriculture in Japan. All our
Japanese green teas are non-fermented and non-oxidized.
They are totally organic. We use 10% of allowed chemicals
to expedite the fermentation process in soil preparation.
Our green teas do not contain any artificial coloring
or preservatives. They are rich in amino-acids, carbohydrates,
mineral ions and polyphenolic compounds.
